FAQ

The questions procurement asks us most often.

Samples and first contact

Samples are available for qualified commercial enquiries. Sample quantities and any associated costs are agreed in advance, based on the intended application and evaluation requirements. To help us recommend the right sample, please share your intended application and any relevant product specifications or formulation requirements.

We are establishing EU-based stock for standard extracts to enable faster delivery (targeting 5 to 10 day turnaround). Until this is in place, samples are supplied from our production network in India, with delivery times confirmed at enquiry. For custom-developed samples, timing depends on batch availability and customs clearance: an exact delivery date is confirmed once your sample order is confirmed, not before.

Whether and which quality documentation accompanies a sample is confirmed by product. You can explicitly request the product specification and CoA in the form.

No. We supply companies only. We cannot process enquiries without a commercial background.

Specification and quality

Technical feasibility is assessed for the product and application in discussion. No adjustment is promised publicly before it is confirmed.

A confirmed range belongs in the relevant product specification. Until it is available, the value remains marked pending on the product page.

Certifications are named only with a certificate number, issuing body and applicable scope. Current status is under Quality & Traceability.

The supercritical CO₂ method uses no organic extraction solvent. Product-specific test scope is described in the quality documentation only after confirmation.

Supply and terms

Standard extracts start from 10 kg, with lower thresholds for high-value actives and higher thresholds for bulk-tier ingredients: the exact figure is confirmed by product on the specification sheet. Custom specifications typically start at 25 kg. For manufacturers with recurring volume needs, we also offer call-off agreements against forecasted annual demand. Trial samples are available from 100 g.

We supply manufacturers across the EU, UK, North America, and Asia-Pacific. Shipments to sanctioned or restricted destinations are handled case-by-case in line with export control regulations.

Payment terms are agreed individually based on the product, order volume, and customer requirements. For initial orders, advance payment may be required. For established business relationships, alternative payment terms may be available subject to mutual agreement and credit assessment.

Pack size and storage guidance are confirmed by product.
